Dear Parents,
This Thanksgiving, Mr. Wrinkle’s students, along with their buddies from Mrs. Levonick’s class, will be coming together for a holiday feast. The celebration will take place at 2:00 in the All Purpose Room, Wednesday, November 26th. All parents are invited.
As of the 2007-08 school year, all food disseminated to students must be from a licensed kitchen, so Mrs. Levonick and I have decided to bring in meals from Boston Market. Meals will consist of turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet corn and fresh baked cornbread. The cost for each meal is $4.50, which includes delivery, tip and set-up.
Please fill out the form below indicating the amount of meals you would like to purchase. Kindly write a check to the Miller Avenue PTO for the total cost of your meals and send it to school with your child.
Finally, dessert. Any parents who would like to volunteer to bring in a pie (store-bought only), please select that option below.
