1/12/12 Homework-Write an Essay

January 12th, 2012

Imagine you are in charge of designing a new city. You have many decisions to make; one of which, is how are you going to provide electrical power to your citizens.

You can power a city using traditional methods, such as burning natural resources like gas, coal, and oil, or you can “Go Green,” building cleaner power plants like hydroelectric, solar, or wind power, among others. Both methods have Pros and Cons.

Write a one-page essay explaining which method of power you would use in your new city. Be sure to explain the positives and negatives involved. Use what you have learned from playing Electrocity to help support your claims. As always, your essay should include an introduction, with thesis statement, a body, and a conclusion.
